The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority with
financial assistance from the IS-ASEZA programme of the European
Communities, intends to award a service contract for a specialised firm
they will assist the human resources development of Aqaba for the
tourism sector in regards of quality and quantity. Suitable training
modules shall be prepared, some of them for multiple usage in
cooperation with an IS-Aseza Tourism Training Specialist who will design
and perform some pilot training modules in cooperation with the company
and which shall be further developed for the local audience especially
in regard of the cross cultural elements. Furthermore short modules for
school students shall be prepared with regard of "train the public" and
to increase the awareness towards tourism issues and work possibilities
in the tourism industry in Aqaba. The company is expected to translate
all materials of the modules into Arabic language.

التعاقد مع جهة متخصصة في إعداد وتنفيذ برامج التدريب للمصادر البشرية من
حيث العدد والنوعية.
وأعداد برامج مبتكرة للتدريب مع الأخذ في الاعتبار عناصر الثقافة المحلية .
مع عمل برامج تدريبية قصيرة لطلبة المدارس تحت عنوان ( التدريب للعامة )
ولزيادة الوعي نحو النمو السياحي واحتمالات العمل بالسياحة بالعقبة.
وعلي الشركة المتقدمة أيضا ترجمة البرامج إلي اللغة العربية.
